Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is a hand-on therapy aimed at recovering the correct balance between the muscles, nervous system and the supporting skeletal system.

Myofascial Dry Needling

MDN involves introducing fine, sterile acupuncture needles into “trigger points” of muscles. It is used for the treatment of muscle pain and dysfunction. Also has neural capabilities to switch on or off individual muscles or groups.

Cupping

Cupping is where we apply silican cups to the skin through use of suction, the skin is gently drawn away from the muscle aiding in the release of fascia, connective tissue around joints and breaks down scar tissue.

Exercise Therapy

Exercise Therapy is where we use specific postural correctional exercises in combination with stretching to achieve optimal range of motion of individual joint and improve the overall functionality of the body.

Personal Training

Personal Training sessions will combine stability, cardio, strength & conditioning training. Elements of Boxing, Kick Boxing, Mixed Martial Art and Self defence are incorporated.

Group Training

Group Training is great, because studies have shown that those who participate in them are more dedicated and get better results
